Sell online with a Payhip store
A Payhip store is its own site, so it is priced by how much is in it.
Basic Payhip store: $250
For Done For You. Your colors matched, a products page, and checkout set up and tested.
Full Payhip store: $500
For Custom Build. Everything in basic, plus an about page, photos and extra pages designed to match your site. It is included when you choose the $3,000 Custom Build.
Care plans
Need help after your site is live? Start with a one-time website review, or choose a care plan. Every client gets the same care at the same flat rate of $23 an hour, whichever plan you chose. The tests and the report are the same for everyone. Longer plans simply include more hours on your site. Care is optional, and there is never a platform fee. Your site and data stay 100% yours.

We use your site the way a visitor would. We test the look, the pages, the buttons and the forms on desktop and phone, then send you a written report.

Get a Care PlanWork happens on scheduled days, and your report shows the days and times we worked. If we do not need all your hours because everything is running well, you earn a $10 credit for every 2 full unused hours. Credits go toward a renewal, a website review or a new plan within 90 days. They are not paid out in cash. Care plans start 14 days after launch for Custom Build clients.
Questions about pricing
How much does a website and back office cost?
DIY is $97 one time. Done For You is $497 one time. A Custom Build is $2,500, or $3,000 with a full Payhip store included. There are no monthly platform fees on any of them.
What is the difference between DIY, Done For You and Custom Build?
With DIY, you set up the template yourself using a step-by-step guide. With Done For You, we fill in the same template for you and set up your back office. With a Custom Build, we design the website and back office around your business, and it is not a template.
Can I start with DIY and upgrade later?
Yes. If you buy DIY and decide you want help, you can upgrade to Done For You within 45 days. You pay $390 instead of $497. Send a request through our Support Hub, choose Upgrade to Done For You, and add the email you bought with. We verify your purchase and send your invoice.
Do I own my website and my data?
Yes. Your site and your data live in your own accounts. Nobody can raise your price or lock you out.
Why is a Custom Build by application?
We take a limited number of Custom Builds each month, and each one is a working relationship that continues after launch. The application helps us make sure we can serve you well.
Do I have to pay monthly for a care plan?
No. Care is optional and prepaid, at a flat $23 an hour. Choose a basic website review (2 hours, $46), an in-depth website review (4 hours, $92), 1 month (8 hours, $184), 6 months (12 hours a month, $1,656), or 12 months (12 hours a month, $2,980 instead of $3,312, which is 10% off). If we do not use all your hours, you earn a $10 credit for every 2 full unused hours, good toward a renewal, review or new plan within 90 days. It pays for our time and attention after launch. It is not a fee to keep your site online.
Are there other costs?
Hosting is free. If you want a custom domain name, you buy it yourself from a domain seller, and it usually costs about $10 to $20 a year. AE9 Labs does not sell domains. Airtable has a free plan, and a low-cost plan may apply later as your business grows.
